Award Winning Fudge
We’re really proud of our award winning fudge! We entered the Great Taste Awards in 2006 and are pleased to announce that our home made Mint Chocolate Swirl fudge won gold! The Chocolate Mint Swirl fudge is a refreshing mix of mint and chocolate, with a subtle crunch. We use a slightly darker chocolate which complements the mint.
Our home made Chilli and Chocolate fudge was also entered and it took the silver award! The Chilli and Chocolate fudge is a rich, smooth fudge and has a chocolate taste to die for! It builds up in the mouth until it gives way to a lovely chilli flavour at the end.
We are delighted to have achieved gold and silver awards on our first attempt and look forward to entering future competitions.
