Delivery

How much will it cost to deliver my order?
All UK orders are entitled to free delivery! We will despatch your order free of charge by second class post to any address in the UK Mainland within 7 working days of receipt of you order.

If you’re outside the UK and want to order our delicious fudge, please contact us directly at info@deepingfudge.co.uk for postage estimates.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you order before Thursday we will try to ensure your order is in the post before the end of the week. If you order after Thursday, we will ensure your order is despatched by Tuesday the following week.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return the products to us within 7 working days. Please note that unfortunately we cannot refund any postage, and by returning any products you do so at your own expense.

All returns must be authorised by contacting our office by phone or email. We will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of the returned item.

Any items returned must be unopened (internal packaging only) and unused. Any items returned to us in an unusable condition will not be refunded.
